Guide and mentor a sales team to optimize performance while ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the agency. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in insurance products and services. Monitor sales targets and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members, recognizing successes and addressing challenges. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Provide exceptional insurance solutions tailored to our clients' diverse needs. Stay current with industry trends and changes to provide relevant insights and guidance to the team and clients.
