Real Estate Production Partner - Entry-Level Opportunity Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses ($35,000-$45,000+) | Full-time Are you great with people , thrive in fast-paced environments, and looking to break into real estate with steady income and strong support? Our top-producing team is hiring a Production Partner --a salaried, entry/ mid-level role designed for someone energetic, tech-savvy, and excited to help clients every step of the way. You'll support buyers with showings, follow-up, inspections, and more--all with guidance from experienced agents and a full operations team. This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in *hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service *who love creating great experiences, thrive on staying organized, and want weekends to be their money-making time. You'll support client showings, help hunt for houses, organize tours, attend inspections, and support the lead agents from contract to close. You'll have set office hours during the week, weekend coverage, and the backing of a full operations team so you can focus on what you do best - building relationships. What You 'll Do: * Deliver exceptional communication and client hospitality * Schedule and attend showings with buyers * Share showing feedback with listing agents * Assist with buyer prep, follow-up, and inspections * Coordinate contractor visits for repair estimates * Keep client timelines and lead notes up to date * Shadow buyer consults and attend team trainings * Cover open houses and weekend showings * Circle dial, door knock, and follow up with buyer leads * Drop off goodies to past clients ("pop-bys") * Follow up with potential buyers via call, text, and CRM What we 're looking for: * Licensed in Louisiana (or willing to become licensed within 6-10 weeks of hire) * Friendly, energetic, and highly responsive * Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude * Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and communication tools * Comfortable showing homes and communicating with buyers * Organized, reliable, and detail-focused * Positive and proactive--someone who looks for solutions, not problems * Available to work weekends and some evenings If you want to build your real estate career with a consistent income, mentorship, and a supportive, fun team--apply today!
