Overview

: We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Technician to join our Norcross team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers, providing multiple repair and replacement options to customers. Your commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential garage doors and openers.
• Provide customers with multiple repair and replacement options, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with their choices.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Ensure company vehicle is stocked with appropriate materials, parts, and tools prior to the beginning of each workday.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in garage door installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Base Salary: $20-$25 per hour during training.
• Training period consists of 40 hours per week; all pay is bi-weekly.
• Commission: Post-training, technicians transition to a commission-based structure, earning 13-18% on work completed.
• First-Year Potential Income: $60,000 - $100,000+, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually.
