Join the HHS team as a Retail Sales Associate and be the welcoming face of our establishment! You will directly contribute to a positive guest experience by providing efficient and friendly service during transactions. Responsibilities * Greet customers in a welcoming manner, assist in finding products, and guide purchasing decisions. * Address inquiries, and resolve issues or complaints in an effective, professional manner. * Accurately process sales transactions with a variety of payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates. * Follow cash handling policies and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times. * Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise shipments, and maintain and monitor stock levels of merchandise. * Ensure shop areas are well-merchandised and stocked. Requirements * Previous experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred * Possess excellent skills in customer service and communication. * Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems. * Detail-oriented and can multitask effectively. * Capable of managing inventory and restocking as necessary.
