Full description of the position

Join the HHS team as a Retail Sales Associate and be the welcoming face of our establishment! You will directly contribute to a positive guest experience by providing efficient and friendly service during transactions. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will help us uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner, assist in finding products, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Address inquiries, and resolve issues or complaints in an effective, professional manner.
• Accurately process sales transactions with a variety of payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
• Follow cash handling policies and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
• Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise shipments, and maintain and monitor stock levels of merchandise.
• Ensure shop areas are well-merchandised and stocked.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred
• Possess excellent skills in customer service and communication.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
• Detail-oriented and can multitask effectively.
• Capable of managing inventory and restocking as necessary.
