Inside Sales (Full Time), Cheektowaga, NY IDN Company: IDN- Hardware Sales Title/Position: Inside Sales/Warehouse Type of Position: Full-Time Location: Cheektowaga, NY IDN Hardware Sales, Inc. is headquartered in Livonia, MI and has more than 70 years of stability and top-notch customer service. This family-owned company provides security products, access control solutions, and related services to locksmiths and security professionals. Job Description: Our newest Inside Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced (but steady) position, selecting products to fulfill orders of various sizes, shipping and receiving products as necessary. This position will also be trained to assist customers at our will call counter, helping those customers who call or stop in. The ideal potential candidate would be interested in developing further with additional involvement within inside sales functions for the branch. The successful candidate will be cross trained across the facility functions and become an integral part of our team in Cheektowaga, NY. We strive to promote from within and hope to find the next long-term member of our team. Key Working Relationships: The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager in Cheektowaga, NY. The individual will work closely with other staff members as well. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * At least 1 year of related experience is desired. * Strong verbal and written communication skills a plus * Sales and service experience a plus * Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office a plus * Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed. * Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL is a plus. * Ability to arrive at work on time and be ready to start.
