Essential Job Functions The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving deals and assets under contract through to end buyers via various strategies to create a profitable event for the company. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales, overcoming objections with end buyers or real estate agents, championing accountability, and fostering a winning work environment. Primary Responsibilities * Press forward with the company's marketing strategies for properties, ensuring maximum visibility and interest. * Engage with prospective buyers and agents, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve optimal outcomes. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and real estate agents to facilitate long-term business growth. * Continuously monitor the status of available properties and guide them through the sales process. * Work closely with the acquisitions team to manage and facilitate successful acquisition activities. * Utilize tools and analytics to develop and guide pricing strategies that maximize profitable growth. * Enter all property and customer information into the CRM system daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. * Help develop and implement strategies aimed at improving revenue and profitability.
