Compensation

: Base Salary + Commission Package (to be discussed) Annual Base Salary of $60,000. Position

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years sales experience (Preferred: experience in sales of packaging machinery)
• Ability to use/learn computer database software/CRMs
• This position requires a hardworking, energetic, charismatic, reliable and responsible individual
• This position requires travel in the USA (approx. 1-2 times/month) - expenses paid by employer.

Essential Duties

:

• Establish sales projects on your own and with other sales representatives and distributors by sourcing and identifying new leads, networking with plant managers/other machine manufacturers, gathering and understanding client requirements and creating budgetary quotes
• Conduct client site visits to analyze customers' products and business models in order to customize project proposals for partial/complete automation production lines with different types of manufacturers of machinery, robotics and features to best fit customer needs
• Work with manufacturers and various experts who specialize in components that are integrated to the automation lines in order to provide clients with customized solutions
• Facilitate equipment Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), training days and team outings with customers and technicians prior to installations
• Gather client testimonials and production videos to add to company portfolio in an effort to attract similar customer projects
• Create marketing content and work with outside marketing agencies for website maintenance, search engine optimization, brochures, social media posts, email blasts, trade shows and paid advertisements Schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5 + travel.
