Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall company success. * Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. * Track sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
