Full description of the position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand in a positive light, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think on their feet. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people and is passionate about our brand. Responsibilities: * Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner. * Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers. * Develop a residential territory in the Boise, ID area. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the brand. Qualifications * Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to address client needs effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and team members. * Experience in conducting product demonstrations and providing informative presentations. * Collaborative mindset to work alongside sales teams for improved outcomes.
