Join us and discover the North Trail difference for yourself! * North Trail RV is looking for a Sales*Receptionist* to serve as an initial contact for all callers into the organization. TheSales*Receptionist* answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The Sales*Receptionist* also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager. Responsibilities: * Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location * Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. * Composes and types routine correspondence as required. * Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required. * Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: * 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test * Professional appearance and demeanor * Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures. * Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
