We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Trainee to join our dynamic, on-the-ground marketing team. Rather than focusing on digital marketing, you'll be immersed in hands-on, traditional marketing- learning what it takes to execute campaigns, build client relationships, and drive revenue in a competitive marketplace. You will learn crucial skills and sales and marketing techniques to build your overall expertise in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development.

Responsibilities

of a Marketing and Sales Trainee:

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of in person marketing campaigns designed to drive sales
• Shadow experienced sales professionals to gain an in-depth understanding of territory management, lead qualification, and successful sales pitches
• Attend all team meetings and participate in building relationships with existing clients and prospective customers
• Conduct market research, collecting competitor and customer information to support marketing strategy development and identify areas for improvement
• Provide a consultative sales approach to customers, analyzing their particular needs and recommending tailored solutions

Qualifications

of a Marketing and Sales Trainee:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
• 1+ years experience in sales or marketing, preferred
• Bubbly, outgoing personality, able to communicate well with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
