What You 'll Do As the Lead Sales Associate, you'll take the lead in creating a welcoming, high-energy space while driving studio growth through: * Sales Leadership: Make 50+ outbound calls a day, follow up with leads, and close membership and retail sales with confidence and enthusiasm * Member Experience: Greet every guest with professionalism and positivity, guide new members through their first Rumble experience, and build long-term relationships * Studio Operations: Manage front desk responsibilities including class check-ins, retail transactions, and daily studio upkeep * Team Mentorship: Support training and development of front desk team members, leading by example and with infectious energy * Local Outreach: Execute grassroots marketing and community events to grow brand presence in the Boynton Beach area What You Bring * 1-2 years of sales experience (fitness or service industry preferred) * A go-getter mentality and proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals * Clear, confident communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions * Leadership qualities and a passion for team success * Familiarity with ClubReady or similar CRM systems (a plus) * A love for fitness and a genuine desire to help others feel strong, empowered, and part of something bigger Why Join Rumble Boynton Beach?
