Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals in urgent need of legal help. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role where quick decision-making and the ability to close same-day or with short-term follow-up are critical. You won't be selling a "want" -- you'll be selling a need where every second counts. Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to communicate urgency are essential to your success in this role Requirements: * Key Responsibilities: * Conduct initial consultations with potential clients facing criminal charges * Gather essential case facts and communicate the importance of timely legal action * Follow up and retain clients quickly--many sales are same-day * Present case information to attorneys for assessment * Maintain clear and consistent communication with leads Qualifications: * Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-stakes sales * Strong communication, closing, and follow-up skills * Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients * Familiarity with Clio or HubSpot is a plus * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required)
