Retail Sales Associate

Duties

: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Ability to stand for extended periods of time If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
