Job Responsibilities * Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere. * Assist customers in finding products and provide product information. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies. * Assist customers with proper fitting of safety gear and helmets. * Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. * Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed neatly. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. * Keep the sales floor clean and organized. * Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management. * Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Job Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in retail or customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. * Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. * Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment. * Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
