Position Overview We are seeking a hungry, commission-driven hunter ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services. Warm leads provided - 80% outbound & 20% inbound calls. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings. * Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services. * Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Experience * Proven experience in sales or telemarketing. With a minimum of 1-year outbound calling experience. * Proven results exceeding sales targets. * Professional and clear verbal communication. * Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions. * A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs. * A keen interest in market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. * Handle 100-250 dials per day. * Candidates need to pass a background check, a Florida telemarketing license (applied for by ARW), a typing test and a training test. Compensation Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive hourly rate with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000 and the top Sales Reps earn over $100,000 annually. Base pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700! During your first month as you build your sales pipeline you will be guaranteed $800 in month 1! Shift We operate Monday through Friday 8am-8pm est and Saturdays 9am - 6pm est. We are always closed on Sundays! You will be scheduled 5 days/ 40 hours per week (Overtime may be available). Location This position will be required to be in the office in Boca Raton, Florida for the first 90 days. After the 90 day onboarding this position can work remote.
