We're rapidly growing our Investment Division and are seeking motivated agents to help source and close off-market investment deals. Job Description: We are hiring 1 -2 driven agents to specialize in sourcing off-market opportunities , including: * Single-family homes for fix & flip projects * Buy-and-hold rental properties * Multi-family investments Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and identifying off-market properties * Building relationships with property owners, investors, and local agents * Conducting outbound calls and consistent follow-up with potential sellers * Collaborating with the acquisitions team on underwriting and deal analysis * Tracking leads and opportunities in CRM systems Requirements: * Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (or in process) * Must be comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting * Active Driver License and Car * Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset * Previous experience in real estate, sales, or investment sourcing is a plus (but not required) Compensation: * 100% commission-based * Potential to earn significant commissions with an active pipeline * Support, training, and mentorship provided Why Join Us: * Be part of an experienced and supportive team * Access to a steady stream of investor clients and buyers * Hands-on investment training and deal structuring mentorship * Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely How to Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed or email us directly at [please apply online].
