The Northwoods Corporation is seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Job

Responsibilities

Include :

• Focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Support Account Managers and Producers day to day activities.
• Prepare renewal questionnaires and engage customers to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Receiving and handling phone calls from clients.
• Prepare insurance forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc.).
• Process other insurance transactions to provide customer service and support efforts to acquire and retain profitable business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.

At The Northwoods Corporation, the Account Managers work closely with producers and other Account managers in a capacity that will enable them to gain experiences that will take their career to the next level.
