What You'll Do: * Utilize door-to-door sales strategies to generate fast sales. * Develop business through relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and property managers. * Canvass areas damaged by hail and wind, building relationships within the community. * Learn from the best with our intensive training program and shadow experienced "Mammoths" to master our systems. Compensation and Benefits: * All commission + onboarding compensation based on activities/production. * Once ramped up, enjoy gas reimbursement and a company truck after achieving a $500k sales target. * Company trip for top performers. * Health and dental benefits offered after 60 days, with Mammoth covering the majority of costs. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in canvassing and capable of roof inspection when required. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
