Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to build lasting relationships with customers. You will engage with clients, showcase our products, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with product selection and inquiries.
• Conduct direct sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for business development and growth.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Experience
• Proven experience in customer service or direct sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is a plus.
• Background in business development or inside sales is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
