Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Perform market analysis to keep abreast of the latest real estate trends and property valuations in the Meridian region.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships , offering expert advice and support throughout their real estate journey.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for clients, securing advantageous terms and conditions.
- Organize property viewings and open houses , effectively presenting properties to potential buyers or renters.
- Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals , such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure successful transactions.
- Generate leads through various channels to expand the client base and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License : Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Idaho.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or 6 closed transactions.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service : Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Tech Savvy : Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing tools.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-Motivated : Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills.
