In this dynamic role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and identifying sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide high-quality customer service while accurately diagnosing customer needs. * Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer preferences. * Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records. Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in customer service and sales required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in computer usage, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to handle multiple inquiries and adapt to changing situations. * Positive attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service. * Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
