Job Description: As a Sales Development Manager at Knight Air Conditioning, you will facilitate customer transactions as well as the transition between repair and replacement with our technicians. You will provide in-home estimates for residential clients and lead internal employee sales development, recover revenue for past leads, develop sales processes, and train our team to capitalize on opportunities. Great sense of humor required! Preferred Candidate Profile: * Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Excels in creative problem solving. * Has an in-depth understanding of and love for the home services trade. * Pays keen attention to detail. Job Requirements: * Must love dogs! * Must have an Amazing attitude and be relationship-motivated in terms of customers and teamwork. * Must provide previous work references with verified results.
