With our recent national expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to help us grow! What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote onsite dental care services. * Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments for dental services. * Communicate effectively to understand patient needs and offer tailored dental care solutions. * Build strong relationships with patients through follow-up calls and service reminders. * Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets. Your Experience and Skills: * 1+ year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team success. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Requirements: * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to pass a background check. * Must be available to work onsite at our Delray Beach headquarters (M-F, 8 am - 5 pm).
