With our recent national expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to help us grow! • Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote onsite dental care services.
• Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments for dental services.
• Communicate effectively to understand patient needs and offer tailored dental care solutions.
• Build strong relationships with patients through follow-up calls and service reminders.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets. What We Offer:

• 1+ year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be available to work onsite at our Delray Beach headquarters (M-F, 8 am - 5 pm).
