Position Overview: As a Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Ultimate, you'll have the opportunity to guide clients through every step of the buying, selling, and leasing process. You'll use your knowledge of the market, your communication skills, and our unmatched tools and resources to help clients achieve their real estate goals--all while growing your own business with the full support of our brokerage. Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. * Conduct market analysis to determine property values and identify trends. * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and maximize exposure. * Provide exceptional service by responding quickly to client needs and questions. * Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients. * Maintain accurate transaction records and client communications. * Stay informed on real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry trends. * Build long-lasting client relationships rooted in trust, communication, and value.
