Located in West Palm Beach, FL, we're seeking energetic, well-spoken individuals who are eager to close sales and drive revenue growth to join our Sales Representative Team! Responsibilities: * Guide customers through the entire process of purchasing products, from start to finish. * Learn and understand different types of furniture by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. * Maintain rapport with previous customers and turn potential buyers into satisfied customers. * Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and interests. * Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not purchase * Marketing to drive personal sales goals * Perform customer service responsibilities including data entry, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, all while ensuring outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone. * Keeping an open line of communication with management. Qualifications: * Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Retail * Motivated and customer focused * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Eager to learn and trainable * Must be reliable and punctual * Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
