Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in expanding SilverChef's market presence across the U.S. by supporting our in-field Account Managers and strengthening relationships with equipment dealers and foodservice operators. This role is all about supporting our growth within our dealer network through customer outreach, product training, processing contract documentation, and relationship management all while learning about our flagship product, Rent- Try-Buy. The primary purpose of the Sales Associate role is to provide support to our Account Managers by assisting them in processing inbound sales opportunities and ensuring deals move smoothly through the financing process. Specifically, this sales support will increase capacity for Account Managers to focus on sales growth activities and work to drive new business. Key Responsibilities: * Establish, maintain and develop client and dealer relationships. * Provide administrative follow-up and direction to Account Managers. * Assist customers with inquires, account concerns, and upgrades. * Track and support deals throughout the sales process. * Drive increased capacity for Account Managers by answering customer queries, pipeline farming and preparing quotes. * Prepare and manage deal documentation, both pre- and post-approval. * Collect and organize required documentation from customers. * Effectively communicate with internal teams, support staff, and customers. * Present products and conduct training for dealers and their staff. * Conduct cold and warm call outreach. * Regularly communicate with dealers, customers, and team members via in-person meetings, video and phone calls, and emails to maintain strong partnerships. * Travel occasionally (less than 10%). * Manage the progress of financing applications. * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication between the credit and funding departments, keeping account managers informed of pending action items.
