We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. The Sales Associate will play a key role in maintaining the store's success by meeting sales targets and assisting customers with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner as a Sales Associate.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and inquiries as a Sales Associate.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to inform customers as a Sales Associate.
• Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system as a Sales Associate.
• Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor to keep the store organized as a Sales Associate.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism as a Sales Associate.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets as a Sales Associate.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service as a Sales Associate.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-organized as a Sales Associate.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers as a Sales Associate.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Sales Associate.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude as a Sales Associate.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as a Sales Associate.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as a Sales Associate.
