Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls, using persuasive communication skills to close deals. * Guide customers through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-sale support. * Consistently exceed weekly sales quotas and performance targets. * Thrive within a vibrant, competitive, and team-oriented sales environment. Requirements * Proven phone sales or telemarketing experience; moving brokerage experience is a plus. * Familiarity with CRM systems; Granot CRM experience preferred but not required. * Highly motivated, sales-driven mindset with strong closing abilities. * Ability to excel in a commission-based, high-energy sales environment.
