POSITION OVERVIEW Evernest is seeking a motivated and professional Contract Showing Agent to join our Denver team. As a Contracted Showing Agent, you will be responsible for conducting property showings for prospective tenants, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with flexible hours, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate. Pay Rate: $60.00 per scheduled showing [special rates apply for unique circumstances] RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct property showings for prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner. * Communicate effectively with the local Evernest team to understand their needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood characteristics. * Assist clients with questions, concerns, and inquiries throughout the rental process. * Coordinate schedules and appointments with tenants. * Maintain accurate records of property showings, feedback, and client interactions. * Follow up with tenants to gather feedback and address any concerns. * Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and industry regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Colorado Real Estate License (Required). * 2-4 years of experience in any of the following industries (Required): Real Estate, Property Management. * 5+ years of customer service experience (Preferred). * You will be required to use your personal car for showings. Mileage is not reimbursed but you are encouraged to track miles for your taxes.
