Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and replacement. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. Duties * Sell, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical components. * Perform appliance repair related to HVAC systems as needed. * Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential properties. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed. * Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Skills * Proficient in HVAC system installation and repair techniques. * Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. * Ability to plumb as needed for HVAC installations. * Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites. * Welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
