About the Role

: We're seeking a Sales Associate (Acquisitions) to be the front line of our operation. You'll build relationships with property owners, uncover opportunities, and guide sellers through our solutions -- primarily through cold calling. If you're energized by communication, competition, and a purpose-driven culture, this is your shot.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to motivated seller leads daily
• Build rapport, qualify opportunities, and understand seller motivations
• Input and manage leads in our CRM system
• Work closely with our acquisitions manager and executive team
• Hit weekly KPIs and consistently level up What We're Looking For:

Compensation

:

• Base salary + commission structure
• Total earning potential: $50,000 to $100,000+ annually
