Job Summary We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and promotions Requirements - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of supervising or leading a team is advantageous - Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
