Job Description: Roof Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients. * Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. * Ensure that the sales team are proficient in the use of the companies CRM. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in B2B sales management. * Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in the construction or roofing/solar industry is highly desirable. * Proficiency in CRM software. * Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
