Job Description

: Roof Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Responsibilities

:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ensure that the sales team are proficient in the use of the companies CRM.

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the construction or roofing/solar industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
