Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management strategies. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads. * Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. * Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or technical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and tracking sales activities. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Negotiation skills that enable successful deal closures while maintaining positive client relationships. * A proactive approach to warm calling potential clients, demonstrating initiative in lead generation.
