• Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience).

• Education & Experience:
• Associate 's degree from a two-year college or university is preferred, or four years of related experience and/or training required.
• Excellent communication , interpersonal , and presentation skills are a must.
• Valid driver 's license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required (Class B preferred; must obtain within 6 months).
• Valid NY state sales license preferred (must obtain within 6 months).

Key Responsibilities

: As a New Truck Salesperson , you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in your assigned area of responsibility (AOR). Your responsibilities include:

• Customer Relationship Building :
• Actively visit 40+ customers per month , building strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by listening and learning about customers' operations and needs.
• Present customized proposals and professional presentations tailored to each customer.
• Product Knowledge & Sales:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in truck technology , product features, and inventory.
• Ensure all sales orders are completed accurately and in line with dealership policies.
• Help customers understand the operating features of trucks, including warranties and paperwork during delivery.
• Post-Sales Support :
• Follow up on post-delivery items , including title work , " we-owes", and special requests, ensuring customers' needs are fully met.
• Work closely with the parts and service departments to maintain relationships and promote the quality of service repairs.
• Professionalism :
• Ensure trucks are clean, fueled, and operational prior to delivery.
• Maintain a professional business appearance at all times.
