What We Expect from You: Sales Execution & Business Growth * Travel Required - Travel within the territory to visit customers, assess opportunities, and drive sales growth. * Strategic Sales Leadership - Proactively identify, engage, and close high-value automation and robotics projects with manufacturers and industrial clients. * Fast-Paced Environment - Adapt to evolving market needs while maintaining a high-energy approach to exceeding sales targets. * Year-Over-Year (YOY) Growth - Consistently increase sales and revenue through strategic initiatives and customer engagement. Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge * Controls and Programming Experience (Preferred) - Understanding of automation technologies, fastening concepts, and robotics to effectively consult with clients. * Product Expertise - Learn all levels of Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Products and provide technical support for their product lines. * Application of Technical Concepts - Understand and apply technical fastening concepts to real-world manufacturing challenges. * Innovation & Product Introduction - Introduce new technologies with a customer-specific value focus. Customer & Account Management * Account Development - Manage and grow existing accounts while securing new customers in the region. * Complete Customer Satisfaction - Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience. * Timely Communication - Maintain regular contact with customers via email, phone, text, and in-person meetings to strengthen relationships. * Service Oriented Mindset - Go beyond sales to ensure customers receive high-level service, training, and support. Business Strategy & Market Intelligence * Industry Insights & Competitive Strategy - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to position JagCo's automation solutions as the leading choice in manufacturing and industrial applications. * Business Planning & Execution - Develop a strategic business plan with ongoing activity tracking and adjustments based on market conditions. * Sales Process Execution - Implement effective sales strategies to maximize success within the automotive manufacturing sector. * Accurate Forecasting - Monitor territory performance, providing detailed and precise forecasts to leadership. * Competitive Analysis & Reporting - Provide detailed and precise sales forecasts and competitive analysis reports to leadership. Skills & Attributes for Success * Strong Communication & Presentation Skills - Confidently present solutions, products, and value propositions to key stakeholders. * Problem-Solving Ability - Approach challenges with creativity and critical thinking to develop innovative solutions. * Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in proposals, contracts, and technical applications. * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction. Key Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Engineering, IT, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. * Strong technical aptitude, especially in automation, robotics, or controls. * A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets. * Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
