Overview

If you have a outgoing personality, like interacting with customers and enjoy a fast paced environment- this is the job for you! Our retail showroom is looking for someone to assist customers with selecting their dream kitchen/bath and other projects.

Responsibilities

Include

• Assisting customers with designing their dream kitchens & baths, and choosing the products that are right for them quoting retail jobs
• Documenting all communication in our system, collecting and uploading all relevant paperwork, and processing deposits
• Slab viewings
• Answering incoming sales phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing superior customer service
• Returning all emails, voicemails, and quote requests by the end of each day
• Being a team player

Qualifications

Required:

• Willing to teach about products- must be a quick learner
• Great personality with strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong Math skills for quoting
• Experience with outlook
