We are currently seeking motivated and driven Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our client base. Job Description: As an Entry-Level Sales Representative at Arrow Construction Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry * Conduct sales calls and meetings to present Arrow Construction Services' offerings * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system Qualifications: * Interest in sales, preferably with some exposure to the staffing or construction industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain client relationships * Excellent negotiation and closing skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred What We Offer: * Competitive base salary up to $32,000 per year * Attractive commission and bonus structure * Comprehensive training and ongoing support * Positive and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and the staffing industry, we want to hear from you!
