Your Mission: Sell, Educate & Close the Deal Conduct In-Home & Commercial Consultations * Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess electrical needs, upgrades, and energy-efficient solutions. * Educate clients on the benefits of panel upgrades, rewiring, surge protection, smart home installations, lighting solutions, and more. Generate & Follow Up on Leads * Utilize self-generated and company-provided leads to maintain a consistent sales pipeline. * Conduct follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and customer engagement. * Present Custom Electrical Solutions * Recommend tailored electrical upgrades, repairs, and safety enhancements based on customer needs. * Provide clear, transparent pricing and explain the value of Intelligent Design 's trusted services. Close Sales with Confidence * Guide customers through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and secure service agreements. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Service & Installation Teams * Work closely with licensed electricians and project managers to ensure seamless service execution. * Ensure that customer expectations are met from consultation to project completion. Maintain Organized Sales Records * Track all customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in ServiceTitan CRM. * Provide accurate reports on sales performance and customer feedback. What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of successful sales experience in electrical, home services, or a related field. Strong closing skills with a proven ability to exceed sales goals. Excellent communication & presentation skills - ability to explain electrical concepts to customers. Highly motivated & results-driven - thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Detail-oriented & organized - manages multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently. Customer-focused mindset - dedicated to providing honest, high-quality service. Valid Arizona driver 's license - required for travel to client consultations. Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM or similar software (preferred but not required). What 's in It for You?
