My client specializes in Private Duty Home Care and working with the VA. They are almost ten years established and have a wonderful reputation in the local area. The Company: * Home Care in Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie County * Almost 10 years established * Well staffed and strong office team * Excellent relationship with the VA * No bias - they will provide care to everyone, everyone deserves it The role: * To identify areas to grow the business * Getting the brand name out there * Get referrals in Palm Beach County and/or Martin, St Lucie * Open and close deals * Assist with building the CRM * Focusing on the Strategic growth of the business too * Building relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, in Hospitals etc. Required competencies: * Home Care experience * Have a book of business in Home Care * Proven track record of bringing in referrals/seeing results * Genuinely enjoys building relationships * Can work independently * A team player * Someone looking for more responsibility/progression in the future Benefits: * Commission based on performance * Established organization * A territory to yourself * Progression opportunities to Sales Director or opening another office * Complete autonomy in the role * 401K * Mileage reimbursement If you are interested in hearing more about this vacancy please contact George Pierce on 786-[please apply online] or email [please apply online] As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
