Position Overview: As a Sales Host at CasaBella Furniture, you will be the face of the store, welcoming customers, guiding them through our product offerings, and creating an inviting and memorable shopping experience. Your role will be essential in building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing expert advice on our diverse furniture collections. You'll have the opportunity to earn commission based on sales, making your potential earnings directly tied to your ability to connect with customers and drive business. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere. - Assist customers in identifying their furniture needs and offer personalized recommendations. - Provide detailed product knowledge and guide customers through the selection process. - Actively engage with customers to build rapport and ensure a high level of satisfaction. - Help customers with the purchasing process, including explaining financing options, delivery schedules, and product warranties. - Maintain an organized and clean showroom to create an appealing environment. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. - Keep up-to-date with new products, sales promotions, and store policies. - Collaborate with the sales team to drive store growth and provide an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: - Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for interior design and home decor. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer-focused with a positive attitude. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
