We are currently hiring an Inventory Assistant/Sales Associate for DarlingxDashing Boutique. This position is a full time position that specializes in the curation and processing of secondhand consignment for a femme and masc aesthetic. This person has excellent organization and merchandising skills, a love of secondhand clothing and a great eye for trendy styles, knowledge of clothing brands, a passion for content creation, and excellent customer service and people skills. Required Availability: Sundays: ~6 hour shift Mondays-Thursdays : ~8 hours shift (Monday-Thursday are required, regular shifts.) Friday-Sunday shifts are in a rotation with the other Inventory Assistant. 5 shifts/days a week required. Pay range: $15.50-$16.50/hr Must be 18 or older to apply. Requirements

:

• Some weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours, lift heavy loads of clothes, move inventory around the shop floor - 3 levels with stairs
• Competency with social media, computer based point of sale systems, Google drive & Google sheets, Canva, email and other communication technologies
• Must be able to easily make small talk and chat with customers & consignors about shop processes and information
• Must have an eye for current styles and trends
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day and must be able to lift and change mannequins and other shop items Tasks include:
• Sales and customer engagement
• Dressing room management and shop floor organization, product merchandising
• Managing communication coming in from various platforms (email, phone, social media)
• Shared content creation responsibilities
• Receiving and processing online orders for pick up or shipping
• Changing the mannequins or selecting pieces for a styled social media task, etc.
• Independently manage daily social media tasks and posts on Instagram through a multi app / multi step social media posting process
• Managing all register transactions using all forms of payment
• Processing secondhand inventory alongside Inventory Manager on a weekly basis
• Curating secondhand clothing for the shop during consignment appointments alongside Inventory Manager Must be 18 or older to work at our business. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
