Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Dedicate 15 hours a week to generating leads. * Open Houses: Conduct two open houses monthly to showcase properties. * Buyer Consultation: Work with buyers, converting them to signed agreements and identifying suitable homes. * Negotiation: Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers. * Task Management: Track all tasks and activities using Brivity Technology. * Prospecting: Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments. * Script Practice: Participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards. * Team Activities: Engage in team activities as per team standards. * Seller Consultation: Consult with sellers, converting listings and marketing homes. * Expertise Demonstration: Show expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and related services. Qualifications * Sales Professional: Motivated with a competitive spirit. * Client Rapport: Excellent at building rapport, listening to client needs, and providing solutions. * Prospecting Skills: Strong in prospecting and lead generation. * Objection Handling: Naturally adept at overcoming objections. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. * Team Player: Works well within a team environment. * Licensed Professional: Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience. * Growth-Minded: Learning-based and growth-oriented. * Organized: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. * Script Learning: Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
