• Technical Sales: Consult with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the optimal Alicat product solution.
• Product Customization: Select appropriate device configurations to meet precise customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration into their systems.
• Troubleshooting: Provide expert technical support to resolve issues and optimize product performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. What you'll need:
• Technical Background: Degree in a STEM field (Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, etc.)
• Customer Facing Experience: 2 years in a customer service or support role preferred, and a passion for sales.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
