Account Executive - Security Solutions Location: South Florida Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Care Security Systems is a trusted leader in providing advanced security solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for an Account Executive with a passion for driving growth and building relationships in the security solutions industry. This role will focus on B2B enterprise sales, targeting large organizations with complex security needs. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective large enterprise clients through networking, cold calls, and on-site visits. * Client Discovery & Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their security challenges and propose tailored solutions. * Strategic Selling: Present and sell security products, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and monitoring software, highlighting their ROI and operational benefits. * Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. * Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand professional connections and stay updated on market trends. * Collaboration: Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless deployment and after-sales support. * Performance Tracking: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management. Qualifications * Proven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in field sales, preferably targeting large enterprises | Sales experience in the Security Industry is a BIG PLUS * Security Solutions Knowledge: Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, or access control is highly desirable. * Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for closing deals and achieving goals. * Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to present, negotiate, and influence decision-makers at all organizational levels. * Strategic Thinker: Capable of understanding client pain points and crafting solutions that align with their business objectives. * Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing technology solutions with technical teams and clients. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
