- Role Description: We are redefining the potato industry and preparing to launch an exciting direct-to-consumer brand. As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you won't just be supporting the team--you'll be at the heart of our growth, working directly with our Chief Sales Officer to shape our marketing strategies, sales operations, and customer experience. This entry-level role is an incredible opportunity for a motivated recent graduate with some experience in marketing, sales, or customer service to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup. You'll be exposed to and support the full sales process, contribute to brand development, and work in a collaborative, innovative environment that values accountability, a growth mindset, and teamwork.
- Tasks:
- Coordinate sales initiatives, including customer outreach, lead management, and follow-ups.
- Research market trends and customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, customer engagement, and data tracking.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, and product launches.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide a high level of service to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the Chief Sales Officer with administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Develop reports, presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface with consumers to ensure optimum satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales strategies.

Education and Experience
:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship or some experience in sales, marketing, or customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and market research techniques.

Work Environment
: This position is based in Atlanta and will begin as a remote role, eventually transitioning into a hybrid work model within an office in Atlanta.
