Career Opportunity Outside Sales - Residential Roofing We are looking for highly motivated professionals who can identify customer needs , provide tailored roofing solutions , and close contracts confidently. You must be a strong communicator , independent self- starter , and comfortable selling face-to-face in a competitive environment. You should be skilled in estimating , negotiating , and overcoming objections. Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. You must be organized , tech-savvy (CRM, MS Office) , and able to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail. Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb roofs, and have a clean driving record. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Prior sales experience and a proven track record of success required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
